Labecca Johnson Named 2012 WHA Summer Intern
The Wisconsin Holstein Association is pleased to announce Labecca Johnson of LaCresent Minn., as our 2012 Summer Intern. Labecca will be based out of the office in Baraboo, Wis. beginning May 29th.

Junior Transfer Deadline Coming June 1
Any youth planning to compete for Junior recognition (for heifers or cows) at State or National Holstein Shows this summer, need to have transfer papers submitted to the National Holstein Association by June 1, 2012. Check your registration papers to ensure you have the correct ownership listed.

Ride With the Association to National Convention
The Wisconsin Holstein delegation will be taking a bus to National Convention in Springfield, MO. Open to all Junior and Adult WI Holstein members.
Sign-up by May 18th to reserve a spot!

2012 Cow Camp Any youth age 14 and under interested in any breed of the dairy cow are welcome to attend. Have fun while learning about cows and meeting other youth from across the state. Cow Camp is also a great way to get to know your Wisconsin Junior Activities Committee members! Cow Camp this year will provide some excellent opportunities with science workshops and more. |
